Zac is the driving force behind Guided Gamers and the ultimate Pokémon superfan. When he’s not leading groups through Japan, you’ll find him streaming and selling Pokémon cards on Whatnot. After recently traveling to Japan to personally design and fine-tune the Guided Gamers itinerary, Zac left his full-time trade career to turn his passion into a business – bringing fellow gamers the immersive adventures he always dreamed of experiencing himself.
Teagan brings over 9 years of travel industry experience to Guided Gamers, running her own successful travel business with TravelManagers and expertly coordinating tours worldwide. Having personally travelled to over 45 countries including Japan, Teagan handles all itinerary planning, bookings, logistics, and supplier partnerships to ensure every tour runs seamlessly. Her passion for travel, attention to detail and commitment to guest care are what turn each Guided Gamers trip into a smooth, unforgettable experience.
Bella manages all things social media and marketing for Guided Gamers, bringing her passion for travel and storytelling to every campaign. A former travel agent with experience across the industry, she has explored over 60 countries including Japan giving her a deep understanding of global travel trends and experiences. By day Bella works as a workplace trainer in the disability industry, combining her expertise in education, communication and organisation to ensure every tour is promoted, supported, and delivered flawlessly.
Wayne supports Guided Gamers as a part-time guide, bringing real-world hospitality expertise as a Hotel General Manager by day. Having previously lived in Japan for one year and speaking Japanese, Wayne offers valuable local insight and helps guests navigate cultural experiences with confidence. His background in guest service and deep understanding of Japan ensure our travelers feel supported, informed and well cared for throughout the journey.
