A few important notes:
Airfare Booking Fees cover ticketing plus ongoing flight support pre and post departure — including schedule changes, cancellations, and updates initiated by the airline. Please note that voluntary flight changes or cancellations requested by you are not included and may incur an additional fee.
Supplier fees – any amendment, cancellation, or fare increase fees charged by airlines, hotels, tour operators, cruise companies, or other third-party providers are additional to the above and will always be clearly outlined in your quote.
Service fees are charged to cover the time, research, and support dedicated to your booking from the initial planning stage through to your return home. All deposits, commissions, and service fees are non-refundable. Fees are per person unless otherwise stated.
