Sound baths are now offered on the resort’s treatment list, with massage and the monthly Full Moon Yoga (at Uluwatu’s Karma Kandara) as suggested pairings. Following this addition, Balinese Reiki, tarot readings and acupuncture will soon be available to guests as well.
Guests after something more intensive can try the four-day detox retreat at Karma Jimbaran. The retreat aims to declutter the mind and body though the combination of specialised yoga, massage, and deep tissue and IV infusion therapies.
Those seeking a more physical treatment can experience the ‘Train Like an Athlete’, ambassador-led workouts at Karma Kandra. The program encourages guests to walk up and down the 350 steps to Karma Beach twice a week, and to participate in Yin Yoga and Seaside Soundbaths led by DJ Vanessa Holiday, Karma Yoga Facial and more.
