SERVICE FEES
As with all other professions, the travel industry has moved to a service fee environment. These fees do not include any supplier amendment charges or deposit conditions.

| Booking Cancellation – International | 10% of booking with a minimum charge of $270.00 *plus supplier fees |
| Frequent Flyer Award Upgrades | $95.00 |
| Visa Processing fee | $95.00 |
| Overseas originating travel | $350.00 |
| Itinerary planner: non-refundable, redeemable on final payment of booking all arrangements. | $400.00 |
Please note airline and supplier charges may differ from these, at all times we will endeavour to process your payment in your best interest.
A travel management fee covers the ongoing management and supervision of your entire travel arrangments, from consultation, booking progression, collation, and delivery of travel documents. The fee is commensurate with my time, expertise, knowledge, and personalised professional service. This is payable at the time of our initial consultation. If you decide not to proceed with your booking and/or travel arrangements are cancelled for any reason, this payment/fee is non-refundable.
One revision to the itinerary is included with the initial management fee. Changes beyond this may incur additional charges.
