• International Booking $250 pp
• International Air changes before the ticket is issued. No fee*
• International Air changes after the ticket has been issued $250 pp plus any airline fees, fare and tax increases*
• Cruise booking is $250 per cabin booked
• Group booking air only for 10 or more travellers is $150 per person
• Domestic Land only arrangements $150 pp
• Domestic Air Booking $100 pp
• Domestic Air changes before the ticket is issued are free.
• Domestic Air changes after the ticket is issued are $150 pp plus any airline fee, tax and fare increase
• Refund Processing Fee $125 pp plus airline and other operator fees.
• Booking Cancellation Fee $150 plus Commission and Booking Fees remain Non-Refundable
• Frequent Flyer Award Redemption International $250 pp per ticket
• Frequent Flyer Award Redemption Domestic $250 pp per ticket
• Visa Processing fee $125.00 per passport
• Itinerary planner – Fully redeemable on final payment – $250 for one destinaton/4 hours of research. A change in destination will require a separate $250 payment.
  Non-refundable, e.g. if plans are cancelled, this fee is forfeited. If the booking proceeds with me, this is deducted from your final booking payment.
• Amendment fee – applicable any time after the deposit is paid. $125 per change (in addition to provider fees).

* Change and cancellation rates above are my fees. Airlines and suppliers may impose their own fees, which will be provided to you at the time of booking your trip. 

• Merchant Fee Charges – Below are the merchant fees

• Mastercard credit card 1.24% debit card 0.61%
• American Express 2.15 %
• Diners Club 2.92%
• Non-Australian Mastercard & Visa card 3.47%

Please note that airline and supplier charges may differ from these card fees. If TravelManagers are required to pay an airline or supplier directly with your credit card, then the merchant fees and other service fees of the airline or supplier will take effect on your booking. At all times, we will endeavour to process your payment in your best interest.

Additional fees may be charged should arrangements be booked and suppliers do not pay agent commissions, such as, but not limited to: trains, experiences, tours, theatre tickets, etc. This will be advised prior to bookings and will be noted in any quotes to clients.
