Schedule of Travel Management Service Fees – Catherine Rumble 2022

Travel Management Fees amended 21 Nov 2022. All costs are Australian dollars and non refundable.

What is a Travel Management fee ?

A travel management fee covers the ongoing management and supervision of your entire travel arrangements, from consultation, booking progression, collation, and delivery of travel documents.  The fee is commensurate with my time, expertise, knowledge, and personalised professional service.  This is payable at the time of our initial consultation.  If you decide not to proceed with your booking and/or travel arrangements are cancelled for any reason, this payment/fee is non-refundable.

Schedule of Fees
International Air Travel Management Fee $110 per adult, $55 per accompanying dependant
Domestic & Trans Tasman Travel Management Fee $65 per adult, $35 per accompanying dependant
Airfare amendment, after ticketed $55 per person plus Airline fee & airfare difference
Australia Domestic Land only arrangements $55 per person
After hours / Weekend assistance $220 up to 2 hours then $110 per hour
Late booking – within 2 weeks of departure $220 per booking
Refund processing fee $55 per person plus any Travel Supplier fee
Booking cancellation fee $55 per person – plus commission paid by Tour Operator /Airline / Accommodation
Itinerary planning fee $300 – non refundable
Accommodation / Tour / Land Amendment fee $55 – applicable any time after reservations have been confirmed
Visa Processing fee $55 per Passport plus courier and visa fee
Travel Insurance claim assistance Nil with TravelManagers Covermore or nib Travel Insurance Policy

$110 per hour for all other Travel Insurance policies

 Group booking, air only, 10+ travellers  $65 per person
Credit/Debit Card merchant fees apply on all cards and subject to change. Current as at 01 January 2022

Please note airline and supplier charges may differ from these, Airline and Travel Supplier Credit or Debit charges may differ from these. If TravelManagers Australia are required to pay an Airline or Supplier direct with your credit card, the merchant fees and other service fees of the airlines or supplier will take effect to your booking. At all times we will endeavour to process your payment in your best interest.

Additional fees may be charged should arrangements be booked and suppliers do not pay agent commissions, such as but not limited to; trains, experiences, tours, theatre tickets, etc. This will be advised prior to bookings and be noted in any quotes to clients.
