All costs are Australian dollars, per adult and non-refundable.

International Airfare Travel Management – paid after our initial discussion prior to commencement of my research | $150 per adult/$300 per family |
Domestic & Trans-Tasman Travel Management | $75 per adult
$45 per dependent |
Air ticket amendment – after ticket has been paid in full and issued |
$75 per person plus Airline fee & airfare difference |
After hours / Weekend assistance | $150 per hour |
Late booking – within 2 weeks of departure | $300 per booking |
Refund processing fee | $75 per person
plus Travel Supplier fees |
Booking cancellation fee | $75 per person – – plus, commission paid by Tour Operator /Airline / Accommodation |
Itinerary planning & booking fee – includes up to 30-minute phone /whats app call, suggested itinerary and tour operators, accommodation recommendations. Cost depends on length of the itinerary | $300-$500 per booking |
Amendment fee | $75 per person – applicable after reservations have been confirmed |
Travel Insurance claim assistance | $150 per hour for all other Travel Insurance policies |
Credit or Debit Card merchant fees are additional to all credit card transactions. Fees are dependent on the type of card utilised. |

Airline and Travel Supplier Credit or Debit charges may differ from TravelManagers Australis fees. If TravelManagers Australia are required to pay an Airline or Supplier direct with your credit card, the merchant fees and other service fees of the airlines or supplier will take effect to your booking. At all times we will endeavour to process the payment in your best interest.
