I have worked in the Travel Industry for over 20 years and in that time have had the pleasure of assisting people with both short getaways and amazing journeys worthy of any bucket list. Those that know me well would say that I am a bit of a dreamer and very persistent, both of which I consider a good trait for a Travel Agent to have. This persistence pays off when faced with finding travellers the best deal, best advice & best outcome. I have a passion for cruising with it’s associated simplicity, value and romance but I have more than enough enthusiasm for most destinations around the world and in our own backyard. I was born & raised in the Northern Rivers of NSW and together with my husband have raised our 5 children here.
Hong Kong is my favourite destination…..so far. I think it has such a beautiful contrast of western culture and eastern influence. There are some places you visit that just feel like home and this is mine.
Germany & France are my favourite base for European Adventures. So many people think of London for their base but with so many flights in and out of Frankfurt or Paris I think they make a nice alternative. Being married to a European always helps with tricky pronunciations too.
Russia Left me feeling like I was on the set of an exciting James Bond Film. With so many stand out buildings and rich history you should make sure it is on your list.
USA (New York) is so high up on my list of favourite cities that it almost gives me goose bumps when I know I have the chance to plan a persons holiday to the big apple. It offers so many of those “Wow” moments. It’s Exciting! (San Francisco) is what I would describe as New York’s little sister that everyone loves as well. It doesnt take much to also get out of the city to explore some of the amazing National Parks.
Japan is a place that I keep going back to. I love the buzz of Tokyo and the serenity once you get out of the city. There is always something to do and see.
England, Ireland, Scotland has so much to do & see but do remember to put down the camera and experience the scenery.
Luxembourg, Estonia, Finland, Slovakia, Hungary, Indonesia, Vanuatu, New Caledonia, New Zealand have also been ticked off my list.
