As with many other professional services, the travel industry has moved to a service fee model.

The following list of travel management fees apply for all new bookings from 01July, 2o21

‘Plan to Go’ Australia holiday Itinerary planning $55 – $110 *  Upfront
‘Plan to Go’ Overseas holiday Itinerary planning $110 – $220*  Upfront
•All holidays are unique and planned with the utmost care. This ‘Plan to Go’ tailored itinerary planning service fee is required upfront prior to any work taking place.
•If the booking does not proceed for any reason it is non-refundable and covers the time and work spent consulting, researching, itinerary planning, booking and ongoing management of your travel arrangements.
Australia Flight booking & Management $35 – $55
International Flight booking & Management $75 – $165
Rest of the world Domestic Flight tickets $35 – $55
Overseas originating travel $110 – $220 * Upfront
Flight booking amendments (voluntary / involuntary) $35 – $55 plus any fare difference
Holiday / Cruise booking amendments (voluntary / involuntary) $55 – $110
Visa Processing $55 plus consulate /postage fees
Refund Processing & Management $55 – $175
Booking Cancellation (voluntary / involuntary) Deposits, commission and booking fees charged are non-refundable.

The travel management fees listed above will be applied using discretion and in consideration of each clients circumstances and complexity of their travel arrangements. These fees are in addition to any airlines or suppliers charges as outlined in their terms and conditions..

Note: Suppliers refer to hotels, tour operators, cruise or tour companies or any other third party arrangements.
