So you have decided that you want to book your next trip and would like to work with me to arrange and manage your plans.  Once you have made contact with me we can decide together on how to move forward to start the initial plans, this can be done via a meeting, a phone call, zoom or an email.  Each client’s travel plan is different and managed to suit your requirements.  Once you are ready to start planning with me, I will send an invoice for the ‘Plan to Go & Management Fee’.

Travel Management Fees

Plan to Go and Management   –   $132.00

International Flights   –   $99.00

Trans Tasman & Pacific Flights   –   $55.00

Domestic Flights   –   $33.00

Domestic & Internal Flights in Foreign Countries   –   $44.00

Flight Changes (before the ticket is issued)   –   nil

Flight Changes (after the ticket is issued)   –   $55.00 plus any applicable airline change fees

Hotel Booking   –   $11.00

Rail Booking (per sector)   –   $22.00

Transfer (per sector) – $33.00 per transfer

Travel Insurance Claim Support for Insurance issued by TM   –   nil

Travel Insurance Claim Support for Insurance issued elsewhere   –   $110.00

Booking Segment Cancellation (In addition to all Airline / Supplier fees)   –   $110.00

Entire Booking Cancellation (In addition to all Airline / Supplier fees) – $440.00

Overseas Originating Travel   –   $99.00

Travel Visa Processing (courier fees additional if required)   –   $66.00

The fees above are per person with the exception of ‘Plan to Go & Management’ and ‘Transfer’ fees.
