I’m here to take the stress out of your travel planning by offering an end-to-end travel management solution.

After an in-depth initial consultation, I will take care of all of the research and planning for you. I’ll help you choose the best products and services for your personal travel style. Then you’ll have my continued management and supervision of your travel arrangements. If unexpected changes arise (flight changes, cancellations, etc), I’m here to manage that process for you too, saving you time and money.

Plus, when you’re travelling you can be secure knowing I’m available in the event of an emergency.

How does it work?

As travel is a big investment, my aim is to ensure you are provided with the highest service at all times. I want to be available to provide each booking with the care and attention it deserves. As such, I limit the number of clients I work with at any one time.

I believe it’s really important to make sure we’re the right fit for each other too. The first step is to book an obligation-free 15-minute discovery call.


If we’re a great fit, the next step will be to complete your passenger booking request forms, pay your travel management deposit, and we’ll set up your consultation call to discuss the specifics of your travel in more detail (this can also be a virtually, an email or in person if based in Darwin).

What is a Travel Management Fee?

Following your initial consultation call, a travel management fee is applicable. This fee encompasses the independent research and time needed to craft your customized travel itinerary, as well as the continuous management and oversight of all your travel details, including booking progress, compilation, and delivery of travel documents. The fee aligns with the dedication of my time, expertise, knowledge, and personalized professional service. This fee is required to be settled before the commencement of planning your holiday.

You will receive a detailed itinerary and quote to review. Upon review and feedback, one revision is included in your initial fee. Changes beyond this may incur additional charges. If you decide not to proceed with your booking and/or your travel arrangements are cancelled for any reason, this fee is non-refundable.

Domestic Booking $35 per person
Trans-Tasman or SE Asia Booking $55 per person
International Booking $150 per person (Max $500 per family/group on same itinerary)
Flight Only Booking $400 per person (International) | $200 per person (Southeast Asia) | $100 per person (Domestic)
RLLT $75 per person (International) | $45 per person (Southeast Asia) | $25 per person (Domestic)

*There may be additional service fees associated with your booking.*

Cancellation fees: If cancelling for any reason, in addition to supplier charges advised at time of booking, all commissions, deposits, booking and service fees are non-refundable.

Additional fees will also apply to services booked where supplier does not pay travel agent commissions. These services can include, but are not limited to, train, tours, theatre tickets, experiences. Any fees will be advised prior to booking and noted in any quotes.
