After working in the customer service industry for many years and then travelling extensively in my personal life, the two factors naturally came together many years ago when I decided that I needed a change. Now it has already been a decade since I started working in a fast paced travel retail environment (with 3 of those years managing and training a team of 4) and again the universe led me to this path of being a personal TravelManager. It’s nearly 5 years since I made the switch to TM but I am still very excited that I can utilise my knowledge and skills to offer my clients and my community something more than just the ‚Äúnorm‚Äù.

I offer my clients professional travel services the standard Mon-Fri/9-5 hours, after hours as well as mobile service when necessary. My business mobile is solely for client use only with sms roaming facilities for clients to sms me from anywhere around the world and not spend a fortune. I understand how time poor the Sydney lifestyle can be for us all and that my clients deserve to have a stress free holiday/business trip which is why I have never had a problem with going above and beyond the call of duty for my clients. I love travel and I love my clients, so my joy is much more personal than just being an organiser, my clients trust me and know that their plans have been placed in my capable hands. This on it’s own means the world to me and continues to drive me in my chosen field. I am experienced in all types of travel, especially international leisure and corporate. I offer a free honeymoon registry service and am a highly skilled problem solver. I do enjoy complicated itineraries as well as the flop and drop holidays in some of the most beautiful locations around the world. The knowledge and genuine care of a travel agent like myself is not something that can be found on the internet. I have sorted out many internet related stuff ups for clients over the years and that type of assistance is invaluable.
