I became a Personal Travel Manager because I love sharing the treasures and secrets of the foods and cultures in the world around us. To see the happiness and enthusiasm reflected back from clients because I’ve done my job well is deeply rewarding. Food travel for me, is a journey into lives and countries, and there is a world to experience.
I will always return to Vietnam because so many things there resonate with me: great food, produce, people, climate, architecture, history, beauty both simple and complex. But travelling isn’t about just one destination, life’s experiences are many and travel just accelerates the rate of experience.
Brendon, my partner, and I work together to bring depth of experience in travel (Brendon) and food (Noelle). We know that for your travel you want an experience that is memorable for all the right reasons. We adore Vietnam and while some parts are changing rapidly we continue to find places and experiences that bring you the true essence of Vietnam. The history, the people and the magnificent food will all be highlights along with comfortable travel, luxury accommodations and a small group of like-minded travelers. 20 nights, departing Albury/Sydney, 1 May 2017. As other destinations also beckon, this will likely be our last small group to Vietnam for some time.
As part of an extended trip to Europe we were fortunate to be able to join Noelle & Brendon's tour - Eating France/Spain. This enabled us, wherever we stayed, to engross ourselves in the local history and culture, enjoy and experience local seasonal & regional food & wine. We visited historic towns and villages, marveled at spectacular landscapes, amazing art and enjoyed great company. Every day was another surprise, a new experience. Noelle & Brendon's attention to detail and knowledge of food and travel meant everyone enjoyed the tour immensely. We can recommend them as travel managers and hosts and look forward to traveling with them again.
