My Travel Planning & Management Fee reflects the professional time, expertise and personalised service involved in researching, planning and managing your travel arrangements. From our first conversation through to your return home, I work behind the scenes to ensure every aspect of your journey is carefully coordinated and supported.

Unlike online booking websites, I provide personalised advice, expert recommendations and ongoing assistance before, during and after your travels, giving you confidence every step of the way.

Keeping it simple

The travel industry has changed significantly in recent years, and it is now common practice for independent travel advisors to charge professional service fees. Many use a schedule of fees that apply to different services or booking components throughout the booking process.

I prefer to keep things simple. Rather than charging multiple service fees throughout the booking process, I have a straightforward fee structure that is clear and transparent from the outset, so you will always know what to expect.

Complimentary Initial Consultation

Choosing a personal travel manager is an important decision. That’s why your initial consultation is completely complimentary and carries no obligation. It gives us the opportunity to discuss your travel plans, answer any questions you may have and ensure you feel comfortable proceeding with my services.

Once you decide to proceed, the Travel Planning & Management Fee is payable before I commence the detailed research, planning and management of your itinerary.

Your Travel Planning & Management Fee includes:

• Coordinating bookings across multiple suppliers.

• Providing travel documentation and keeping you informed of important updates.
• Ongoing support before you travel and assistance during your journey should you need it.

Things to know

• Your Travel Planning & Management Fee is payable before detailed planning commences and is non-refundable once planning has begun.
• Change and cancellation fees shown above apply in addition to any supplier fees, fare differences or commission already earned.
• Additional third-party supplier fees and credit/debit card merchant fees may apply.
• ^Capped price is per booking only. “per family” means family living in same household.
