What you can expect from my Gold Class Service
How does it work ?
The first step is to complete the client intake form. This will allow me to get to know more about your travel requirements, your budget, needs and requests so I can start designing your bespoke itinerary.
Next, we arrange a consultation via phone or video call to start planning your perfect trip. Once you have completed the form, please book a day and time that suits you on my Calendar.
A travel management fee covers the ongoing management and supervision of all your travel arrangements, from consultation, quotation, bookings and documentation. The fee is commensurate with my time, expertise, knowledge, and personalized service. This is payable at the time of our initial consultation. If you decide not to proceed with your booking and/or travel arrangements are cancelled for any reason, this payment/fee is non-refundable. Please note that airlines do not pay travel agents commission and this is the reason I charge to prepare flight only quotations and bookings.
