My Professional Fees

My professional fees reflect the time, expertise and level of planning required to coordinate your travel arrangements. Every journey is different, and the applicable fee depends on the complexity and scope of your itinerary.

Standard International Itinerary

$250 + GST

Ideal for more straightforward international holidays requiring professional research, flight arrangements, accommodation and coordination of your travel plans.

This service is suited to itineraries with a relatively simple structure and fewer logistical requirements.

Complex International Itinerary

$500 + GST

Designed for more involved journeys requiring a greater level of research, planning and coordination.

This may include multi-destination itineraries, multiple countries, complex flight routings, detailed touring arrangements or travel plans involving numerous interconnected components.

My focus is on bringing all the elements together into a well-considered itinerary tailored to your individual travel preferences.

Which fee applies?

The appropriate fee will depend on your proposed itinerary, the number of components involved and the level of planning required. I’ll discuss your travel plans with you during an initial phone consultation and confirm the applicable professional fee before commencing work.

Professional fees are payable upfront, are non-refundable and are separate from the cost of your travel arrangements.

To ensure I can provide the level of service my clients expect, leisure travel planning focuses on complete arrangements incorporating accommodation and land arrangements. I do not offer standalone airfare bookings or individual travel components.

• Upfront payment: Your professional fee is payable before itinerary planning commences.
• Non-refundable fee: The fee covers the professional planning work undertaken and is non-refundable, including if you decide not to proceed with the proposed arrangements.
• Travel costs: Professional fees are separate from all travel costs, including flights, accommodation, transfers, tours and other travel services.
• Additional services: Additional professional fees may apply for certain amendments, cancellations, refund processing, complex changes or other services. Any applicable fees will be explained before proceeding.
• Supplier conditions: Airline, hotel, cruise and other travel supplier terms, conditions and charges apply separately.
