Consultant Management Travel Fee – $200.00
International Air Booking – $125.00 per ticket
International Air Booking Originating Overseas – $200.00 per ticket
Domestic Air Booking (Australia and other countries) – $55.00 per ticket
Trans Tasman Air Booking – $55.00 per ticket
Air changes before the ticket is issued – NIL
Air changes after ticket is issued – $75.00 per ticket
Car Rental – $35.00 per booking
Rail Sectors or Passes – $30 per person
Booking changes after deposit/balance paid (ie hotel/tour/cruise) – $75.00 per change
Booking Cancellation fee after full payment – 10% of total trip booking value
Refund processing fees (for airline only bookings) – $90.00 per ticket
Travel Insurance Claim Statement (if insurance not purchased through Travelmanagers – $150.00 per claim
After Hours Service (weekends and 5pm – 9am weekdays – $100.00 per hour, or part thereof
Prices shown are AUD including GST.
We reserve the right to pass on any other ad-hoc fees as charged by airlines or suppliers.
