Hi, I’m Zoë Hemming — a Personal Travel Manager based in North Rocks, Sydney.
I’ve worked in travel for nearly 40 years, starting out in the UK before heading off on an around-the-world trip that took me through Europe, Africa, Asia, and eventually to Australia, where I’ve been lucky to call home ever since.
For the past 22 years, I’ve run my own travel business, and for the last 15, I’ve been part of TravelManagers. I’ve worked across leisure, groups, and corporate travel – but what I enjoy most is helping people plan trips that feel personal and memorable.
Over the years, I’ve helped clients do everything from trekking in Mongolia and Spain, to crafting tailor-made itineraries through Europe, going on safari in Africa, and relaxing with family in places like Fiji and Hawaii. I love hearing what people want from their travels – and then finding a way to make it all happen, smoothly and stress-free.
Travel has given me a lifetime of perspective, and I feel genuinely lucky to help others experience the world in their own way.

Backpacking around Australia, visiting Cape Tribulation, Kakadu and climbing Ayers Rock (back when you could), experiencing the Ghan & enjoying wine in Margaret River. I’ve seen the Pinnacle’s & watched sunsets on Cable beach.
I’ve been to Bali 8 times. I love the people, the food and the black rice. I purchased a much treasured painting created by an elephant from Jalan Elephant Park.
Travelling through Canada – the air, the scenery, the wildlife, it’s beautiful!
I’ve swum with and hand-fed stingrays in Bora Bora.
Holidaying with the family at Castaway Island Fiji – I’d go back every year if I could!
Travelling to Thailand, Bangkok, Phuket & Maiton Island – shopping & relaxation all in one trip!
Enjoying high tea at Raffles, Singapore, eating sea snails and visiting the Fish Spa!
Shopping, eating street food and experiencing English fine dining all in Kuala Lumpur.
Adventuring in the rainforests of Sepilok, Borneo and visiting the Orangutan’s and Sun Bears …. what a thrill! I even wrestled an Orangutan who tried to steal my beach basket, whilst I was waiting for a taxi!
