The first step is to arrange an obligation free telephone appointment. This will allow us to get to know a little about each other to ensure that I am the best Personal Travel Manager for your requirements.

Once we’ve established that we are the right fit for each other I will then ask you to complete a client profile form for each traveller and ask that you pay your travel management fee. We will then arrange a full consultation, either face to face, via telephone or via Zoom to start planning your perfect trip.
A travel management fee covers the ongoing management and supervision of your entire travel arrangments, from consultation, booking progression, collation, and delivery of travel documents. The fee is commensurate with my time, expertise, knowledge, and personalised professional service. This is payable at the time of our initial consultation. If you decide not to proceed with your booking and/or travel arrangements are cancelled for any reason, this payment/fee is non-refundable.
One revision to the itinerary is included with the initial management fee. Changes beyond this will incur additional charges.

Client Profile Form
When you are ready to make a booking, I will ask you to fill out this form for each passenger. This will create your profile in my back-office system. Fill out my client profile form.
The following is a list of travel management fees which will be implemented for all new bookings from 01 January 2023 and are based on a per person basis unless otherwise noted:
International Air booking: $100.00 (up to 6 sectors)
International Air changes before the ticket is issued: NIL for 1st change, $20 thereafter.
International Air changes after ticket is issued: $60.00
Domestic Air booking: $70.00
Domestic tickets in other countries: $70.00
Domestic Air changes before the ticket is issued: NIL for 1st change, $20 thereafter.
Domestic Air changes after ticket is issued: $50.00
Refund Processing: $60 per hour *
Booking Cancellation: Commission & booking fees charged are non-refundable.
Frequent Flyer Award Redemptions International: $100.00
Frequent Flyer Award Redemptions Domestic: $60.00
Overseas Originating Travel: $120.00
After Hours Ticketing: $100.00 per ticket
Cancellation fees: If cancelling for any reason, in addition to supplier** charges advised at time of booking, all commissions, deposits, booking and service fees are strictly non-refundable.
**Supplier refers to hotels, tour operators, cruise or tour companies or any other third-party land arrangements.
Prices shown are AUD including GST and are on a per person basis except for the Travel Management Fee (*** max of 6 people in the booking with the same itinerary). The Travel Management Fee will be for the travelling group and for everyone in the group having the same itinerary including departure and arrival date.
The above service fees are in addition to those charged by airlines and suppliers. All necessary airline and supplier charges will be advised at the time of booking.
Additional fees will also apply to services booked where supplier does not pay travel agent commissions. These services can include, but are not limited to, train, tours, theatre tickets, experiences. Any fees will be advised prior to booking and noted in any quotes.
Any fees from airlines & suppliers including amendment fees, cancellation fees or fare increases are additional to the above.
Booking fees are non-refundable and commission paid by third party suppliers will also be retained and not refunded as fair remuneration for the work done in organising your travel arrangements.

This form confirms that you have been advised about the importance of travel insurance and do not wish to proceed with a policy through Travel Managers, understanding the risks. It also confirms you understand that fees apply if Travel Managers is requested to supply information, paperwork and/or invoices to your chosen Insurance provider. Fill out the form here.
