Amanda Ratcliffe – Professional Service Fees
As with many professional services, TravelManagers operates in a service fee environment. The fees below may be applied at my discretion, taking into consideration the complexity of the booking and each client’s individual circumstances.
The fees outlined below are a guide and may vary depending on the services required. Any applicable fees will be advised wherever possible prior to work being undertaken.
All fees are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of GST. They do not include any fees, penalties, fare differences or increases imposed by airlines or other suppliers, which will be additional where applicable.
Supplier refers to hotels, airlines, tour operators, cruise companies and any other third-party travel or land arrangement provider.
International
- International air booking: from $150 per person – Economy
- International air booking: from $220 per person – Premium Economy
- International air booking: from $330 per person – Business Class
- Domestic air tickets outside Australia: from $77 per person, per ticket
- Trans-Tasman air booking: from $77 per person
- International air changes prior to ticket issue: no fee
- Voluntary international air changes after ticket issue: from $125 per person, per change, in addition to airline charges and any fare difference
- International air travel originating overseas: from $220 per booking
- Frequent Flyer redemption bookings: not available
- Rail tickets outside Australia: from $77 per person, per ticket
- Visa application processing: from $77 per person, per visa
- Itinerary planning fee: from $220–$440 per itinerary, redeemable against final payment – conditions apply
- Third-party supplier amendments: from $55 per change
Domestic
- Domestic Economy air booking: from $77 per person
- Domestic Business Class air booking: from $110 per person
- Domestic air changes prior to ticket issue: no fee
- Voluntary domestic air changes after ticket issue: from $55 per person, per change, in addition to airline charges and any fare difference
- Frequent Flyer redemption bookings: not available
- Itinerary planning fee: from $150–$440 per itinerary, redeemable against final payment – conditions apply
- Third-party supplier amendments: from $77 per change
Additional service fees may apply where arrangements are booked with suppliers that do not pay travel agent commission. This may include, but is not limited to, experiences, tours, theatre tickets and other individual travel arrangements. Where additional fees apply, they will be advised prior to booking and clearly noted in your quotation.
Cancellation
If travel arrangements are cancelled for any reason, the following fees may apply in addition to any cancellation fees or penalties imposed by airlines and other suppliers.
All commissions, deposits, booking fees and service fees are non-refundable. Any additional fees imposed by airlines or suppliers in connection with a cancellation or refund may also be passed on where applicable.
- Refund processing: from $150 per person, per supplier
- Booking cancellation administration: from $55 per hour
- Travel insurance claim preparation: from $330 per claim where the travel insurance policy was not purchased through TravelManagers
