- Land Only – Rail & Transfers (per reservation) $35.00
- Process Ticket Refund – Domestic/Trans-Tasman $50.00
- Process Ticket Refund – International $100.00
- After Hours Non-Urgent Bookings, Changes or Enquiries $110.00
- Conference Planning/Event Management Available On Request
- Booking Cancellations: commission & booking fees charged are non-refundable
