“When I reached out to Annette about planning our holiday, I wasn’t sure of where we wanted to travel. I told Annette a bit about our family and what we would like to do on our holiday and from there she recommended a few options for us to compare. The day before we were due to fly, our little girl got sick. I contacted Annette late that afternoon and she was able to change our flights and accommodation within a very short amount of time. Nothing was ever an issue, and Annette was always extremely happy to help throughout the entire process, we even received a welcome home email! The accommodation was in the perfect location and everything was within walking distance, which was my main concern travelling with small children.
