“We had a wonderful week away at Kona. Everything went smoothly thanks to your great organisation - so Mahalo many times over. I’m not sure if you have stayed at the Royal Kona, but in terms of location and facilities, for us it was perfect. There were plenty of different spaces within the complex to relax. We all took advantage of the free wifi near the bar area to catch up on communication. It was an easy walks to shops, markets,restaurants and bars, although I acknowledge that you needed to either book a bus tour or hire a car if you wanted to venture to other tourist spots. Booking tours etc was a breeze, either from the complex or the groups just outside the Royal Kona. The room Garry and I had was a little dated in parts, but it was spacious, extremely clean and only lacked an electric jug for the all important cup of tea. The staff tried to find us one but were unsuccessful, mainly I think because lots of other guests wanted one too, but they sourced us a microwave which proved very useful for boiling water n heating other foods. Our room definitely had a great water view. The food and drinks were plentiful and of a high quality. We would definitely so back and stay there again, with a few days stop over in Honolulu too. We have recommended you and your services to our friends, because we were impressed with your organisation and helpful manner. ( not to mention our little chocolate treats!!)”
