“Last Minute US And European Tour Chris is truly very professional and competent, and I cannot recommend him highly enough.We had been dealing with a different travel agent while planning our family trip to US and Europe. “I have not used a travel agent for years but I had hit several logistical snags with my desire to see and walk on the Great Wall of China coupled with plans to visit Hong Kong for the first time. My friend recommended Chris. I explained our situation and Chris was able to help me fill in the missing pieces. He took care of all the bookings for flights, accommodation and transfers for a very reasonable agent fee for the peace of mind it gave me and my husband. Your Trip Plans app was a wonderful ready to use reminder, and easy to read, of all of the bookings you had made on our behalf. Your recommendation of Singapore Airlines was great- that airline was one of the best we have travelled on in terms of staff and food...The hotels -all but one 3 star -were extremely comfortable and either very modern or with old world charm but still with great bathroom facilities -in superb locations with easy access to major public transport routes, and in the cities , easy access to city attractions... The eurail pass was invaluable...Overall your easy and friendly manner, with nothing being too much trouble, made our Italy experience most enjoyable. In the past with overseas travel we have spent many frustrating hours organising everything ourselves- Never again - we will use yourself. We have recommended others of your service...”

“Firstly thanks heaps for organising everything. The trip was more than we had hoped for. All the accommodation was exactly what we discussed. Smaller Boutique hotels in great locations. They were all excellent and the staff were all brilliant. The private tours that were organised were spot on, great and unique experiences, like having rice wine with a former Viet Cong soldier in his lounge room, who was the 14th generation of his family to live in their 400 year old home. Amazing!! Ha at Wide Eyed Tours was absolutely fantastic, she ensured that everything went smoothly, checking in with us regularly. Her ability to sort out accommodation in De Nang when the flooding occurred was amazing. Firstly moving us from Hoi An old town to a hotel on higher ground before we got off the flight to De Nang and then at short notice moving us from Hoi An to De Nang when the flooding become unprecedented. The hotel “Sen Village Hoi An” deserves a special mention. Considering the staff’s personal circumstances and the stress that they were under they should be commended for their ability to still provide fantastic service. We will definitely be back to Vietnam.”
