Land chargeback fee Hotel / Car / Transfer charged back to account, per supplier invoice $25

After Hours Service Per phone call/email – charged in addition to the standard applicable fee $80
Frequent flyer redemption and upgrade requests Frequent flyer upgrades & reward bookings Domestic – $50

Visa processing Charged per passport, in additional to consular and courier fees $100

Credit Account account keeping fee Applied monthly to total value outstanding (approved accounts only) 2%
Late payment fee Applied monthly to total value overdue, in addition to account keeping fee 2%

 

  • Fees are in addition to any applicable third party supplier fees
  • All fees are exclusive of GST, and credit card merchant fees
  • Professional Service fees outlined below may be applied with discretion to your booking
  • These fees are charged to cover time, research and support for the duration of your itinerary planning through to travel
  • Prices are per person unless stated otherwise
  • All deposits, commissions and fees are non-refundable
