Planning a memorable holiday involves much more than making reservations. My professional fees reflect the time, expertise and personal care involved in researching your options, creating a well-designed itinerary, managing your bookings and supporting you before, throughout, and sometimes after your journey.
The applicable fees will always be confirmed with you before I begin any research or make any bookings.

The journey-planning fee covers your initial consultation, research and the development of a personalised travel proposal.
It applies to up to four people travelling on substantially the same itinerary. The fee is payable before research begins, is separate from the booking and management fee, and is non-refundable once work has commenced.

Booking and management fees cover the reservation and administration of your arrangements, payment management, preparation of travel documents and my professional support through to the completion of your journey.
Journey-based fees apply to up to four people travelling on substantially the same itinerary. Larger parties or travellers requiring different arrangements will be quoted individually.

These fees apply once arrangements have been confirmed and are additional to any amendment, cancellation or refund fees charged by airlines, cruise lines, tour operators, hotels and other travel suppliers.
Where a cancellation requires standard refund processing, only the applicable cancellation fee will be charged. Additional refund-processing fees may apply where multiple suppliers, partial refunds or extensive follow-up are involved. Any additional fee will be explained before the work is undertaken.

Reward-seat booking fees cover the research and booking of flights using frequent-flyer points. Airline charges, taxes and points requirements are additional.
Visa assistance fees are additional to government, consular, courier and third-party charges. While I can assist with the application process, the decision to issue a visa remains entirely with the relevant government authority.
