International Airfare Booking

Flight changes after ticket is issued

$125pp (reduced to $100pp for groups of 4+)

Trans-Tasman/South Pacific Airfare Booking

Flight changes after ticket is issued

$100pp (reduced to $80pp for groups of 4+)

Australian Domestic Airfare Booking

Round the World Airfares

From $200pp (dependent on complexity and stops)

Internal flights within the country

$50pp (this fee applies to internal flights within the continent)

Overseas originating airfares

$150pp (applies to long haul flights back to Aus, originated from another country)

Upfront Itinerary Planning Deposit

Starts from $150pp*
*paid upfront, non-refundable should you wish to not go ahead however is redeemable on final payment of the itinerary

Cruise Booking

$100 per cabin booked

Frequent Flyer Award Redemption

From $150pp (Qantas Frequent Flyer only at this stage)

Visa Processing Fee

From $60pp, plus visa fees.

Train/bus/ferry tickets

$20pp

Japan or Europe Rail Pass

$40pp

Event/show tickets

$20pp

After Hours Assistance*

*not applicable to pre-arranged after-hours appointments

$80 per hour, minimum 1 hour. *not charged should you require assistance with flights where the Airfare Booking Fee was paid.

Full Itinerary Cancellation

$100pp + applicable supplier fees as stated in your quote.

Insurance claim document preparation

$150 per itinerary. For policies purchased independently.

Group Travel (10+ people)

An upfront itinerary planning deposit will be charged based on your trip requirements, group size and destination.

Starts from $150pp, per traveller

Managing multiple travellers, rooming lists, transfers, flights, communication with group members etc.

Airfare Booking Fees – any airfare booking fee covers the ticketing fee plus assistance for any flight concerns pre & post departure (e.g time changes, flight cancellations or updates). Voluntary flight changes & cancellations are not included and may incur an additional fee.

Any fees from airlines & suppliers* including amendment fees, cancellation fees or fare increases are in additional to the above and will be stated on your quote.
*Supplier refers to hotels, tour operators, cruise or tour companies or any other third-party land arrangements.

Professional Service fees outlined above may be applied with discretion to your booking. These fees are charged to cover time, research and support for the duration of your itinerary planning through to travel. All deposits, commissions and fees are non-refundable. Prices are per person unless stated otherwise. These amounts above are in addition to supplier charges.
