TravelManagers preferred payment method is via credit card.*  There are a number of reasons for this, which include the following:

TravelManagers operates a fully funded client account for your protection, more details can be found here. Payment via credit card is instant and allows us to ensure airline ticketing deadlines and other travel arrangements are locked in at the prices quoted to you.  Payment via credit card is generally more seamless, there is no chance of accidently using the incorrect bank account details when you are processing payment to TravelManagers bank account.

Paying via credit card can provide you with additional protections. A little-known, but significant, benefit of paying by credit card is that it offers consumers protection from financial loss in the form of a chargeback refund. This covers services or goods that have been paid for but not supplied in the unlikely event that a third-party travel provider becomes insolvent. A credit card payment enables you to request a chargeback refund from your bank. However, you should note that chargeback refunds are subject to time limits and conditions imposed by each individual financial institution.

Please note that BPAY’s and direct debits takes up to 2 business working days to process. If you are paying by this method, you will need to make the payment at least 2 business days prior to the actual due date. Please notify me when payment has been made.   Biller code and reference number is located on the last page of your invoice.  Merchant fee will apply if Bpaying from your credit or debit cards


Under no circumstances will TravelManagers accept cash payments, nor should payments be made to any other bank account.

Price changes may occur by reason of matters outside our control which increase the cost of the product or service. Such factors include adverse currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, taxes and airfare increases.
