In addition to our standard agency terms and conditions, the following group specific terms are to protect all travellers and suppliers contractual terms
This group experience is subject to a minimum number of confirmed participants. If minimum numbers are not met by 01 August, 2026, the experience may be restructured, postponed, or cancelled. All deposits are non-refundable once paid, as they are used to secure group space and contractual commitments with the resort. Name changes may be permitted up to 30 days prior to arrival, subject to resort approval. Any costs incurred will be passed on to the guest. Cancellations received after 60 will incur 100% cancellation fees, in line with the group contract held with the Reef House Palm Cove.
Inclusions and activities are subject to availability and may be adjusted by the resort due to weather, operational requirements or guest safety. This experience is designed to preserve a calm, respectful and relaxed environment. The organiser reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour disrupts the group experience, with no refund provided.
Force Majeure. In the event of circumstances beyond control (including weather events or government restrictions), alternate arrangements or credits may be offered at the discretion of suppliers.
