A planning fee is payable before I begin working on your quote or booking. This fee covers the time and independent research needed to create a personalised travel itinerary designed just for you.
If you proceed with your booking, this fee will be credited toward your final payment. If you decide not to proceed with your booking and/or your travel arrangements are cancelled for any reason, this fee is non-refundable.
The management fee covers the ongoing coordination and oversight of your entire trip, from monitoring your bookings to organising, compiling, and delivering all of your travel documents. This fee reflects the time, expertise, and personalised professional service that go into making your travel experience seamless.
