Schedule of Fees – 2024/25

Travel starts long before you leave home. Whether it’s for a holiday with loved ones, a bucket list adventure or your next business trip, researching and booking all your arrangements can be time consuming and overwhelming. Leave that to me, your personal travel manager.

Service Service Fee (incl GST)
  • First Consultation/Planning Fee
$150 per booking, redeemable at time of final payment
  • International Booking Package
$250 per Adult/$150 per child under 12 years old
  • Domestic Booking Package
$100 per Adult/$50 per child under 12 years old
  • International Air only Booking (subject to complexity and booking class)
$75-$125 per person
  • Domestic Air only Booking
$30 per person
  • Domestic Air Booking outside of Australia
$50 per ticket
  • Round the World Airfares (subject to complexity and booking class)
$250-$450 per person
  • Cruise Booking
 $70 per cabin
  • Land Only Arrangements (ie; accommodation/car hire/rail etc)
$25 per night
  • Extended Touring
$50 per person
  • Overseas Originating Travel 
$200 per booking plus applicable booking fees as per above
  • Visa Processing Fee
$75 per visa/per person
  • Air booking changes after tickets have been issued
$75 per person plus any applicable fare difference/airline fees 
  • Changes made after deposits paid (ie; hotel/car/tour/cruise etc)
 $55 per change
  • Travel insurance claim statement (If insurance not purchased through TravelManagers)
$150 per claim
  • Refund Processing Fee
$75 per person/max $200 per booking
  • Booking Cancellation
$300 per person plus any applicable supplier/airline fees


Professional Service fees outlined above may be applied with discretion to your booking. These fees are charged to cover time, research and support for the duration of your itinerary planning through to travel. All deposits, commissions and fees are non-refundable. Prices are per person unless stated otherwise. These amounts above are in addition to supplier charges.
