How My Referral Program Works

When you refer a friend to book an eligible trip with Kat Nelder through Travel Managers Australia:

• Your referred traveller receives $50 per person off their Travel Commitment Deposit (TCD)
• You receive $50 per person travel credit toward your next eligible Travel Commitment Deposit

It’s a simple way to reward loyal travellers while helping more people discover incredible group travel experiences from the Gold Coast and beyond.

What Your Friend Receives

New travellers who book their first eligible trip through your referral will receive:

• $50 per person off their Travel Commitment Deposit
• The discount applied at the time they pay their deposit

To qualify, the referral must be confirmed during the booking process.

What You Receive for Referring Friends

Once your referred traveller has:

• Successfully paid their Travel Commitment Deposit
• Passed all verification checks

…you’ll receive:

• $50 per person travel credit toward your next eligible trip booking

Referral rewards are valid for one future trip and can be applied to your next eligible Travel Commitment Deposit.

Who Can Participate?

My referral program is open to:

• Existing customers
• New customers

The referred traveller must:

• Be a new customer
• Not have previously booked with me

You and your referred traveller do not need to travel together or book the same trip.

Important Referral Program Terms

To keep the program fair and easy to use:

• Referral rewards are valid for one trip only
• Only one referral reward may be used per booking
• Referral discounts cannot be combined or stacked
• Rewards cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash
• Discounts must be applied at the time of paying the Travel Commitment Deposit
• Referral rewards cannot be added after payment has been completed

Travel Commitment Deposit Information

Please note:

• The Travel Commitment Deposit (TCD) is non-refundable once paid
• This applies to all bookings, including bookings made using referral rewards or discounts
• Referral rewards do not override standard cancellation policies

Before making payment, travellers should ensure they are ready to commit to the trip.

Fair Use & Fraud Prevention

To protect the integrity of the referral program, the following activities are prohibited:

• Self-referrals
• Fake or duplicate accounts
• Fraudulent bookings
• Referral manipulation or abuse

All referrals are subject to verification and review. Unique email addresses and phone numbers may be required.

Fraudulent activity may result in cancelled rewards or removal from the referral program.

Referral Program Changes

Kat Nelder – TravelManagers reserves the right to:

• Modify or update the referral program Terms & Conditions at any time
• Suspend or terminate the referral program without notice
• Decline referral rewards that do not meet program requirements

Referral Program Terms & Conditions

1. Referral Offer

Refer a friend and both you and your referred traveller will receive $50 per person off an eligible trip booking.

The referred traveller’s discount is applied at the time of paying the Travel Commitment Deposit.

Once the referred traveller’s booking and deposit payment have been successfully confirmed, the referrer will receive $50 per person credit to be used toward their next Travel Commitment Deposit.

Referral rewards are valid for one trip only.

2. Eligibility

• Referrers can be new or existing customers
• Referred travellers must be new customers who have not previously booked
• The referrer and referred traveller are not required to travel on the same booking or trip
• Referral rewards are only valid when the referral is confirmed at the time of booking

3. Referral Reward Conditions

Referred Traveller

The referred traveller will receive:

• $50 per person off their Travel Commitment Deposit for their first eligible trip

Referrer

The referrer will receive:

• $50 per person travel credit toward their next eligible Travel Commitment Deposit

The referrer’s reward:

• Cannot be applied to previous or existing deposits
• Cannot be backdated or refunded
• Must be used on a future eligible trip booking

4. Usage Rules

• Referral rewards are valid for one trip only
• Only one referral reward may be used per trip
• Multiple referral discounts cannot be combined or stacked
• Referral rewards cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash

5. Booking Requirements

• Referral discounts will be applied at the time of paying the Travel Commitment Deposit
• Discounts cannot be added after a deposit has been completed
• Referral rewards apply to the Travel Commitment Deposit only
• Standard booking, cancellation, and payment policies continue to apply

6. Travel Commitment Deposit (TCD)

• The Travel Commitment Deposit (TCD) is non-refundable once paid
• This applies to all bookings, including bookings made using referral rewards or referral discounts
• Referral rewards or credits do not alter or override standard cancellation policies
• Customers are responsible for ensuring they are ready to commit to the trip before making payment of the Travel Commitment Deposit

7. Fraud & Misuse

The following activities are prohibited:

• Self-referrals

• Fraudulent bookings
• Referral manipulation or abuse

To maintain fairness and integrity:

• Unique email addresses and phone numbers may be required
• All referrals are subject to review and verification
• Fraudulent activity may result in cancelled rewards or removal from the program

8. Reward Approval

Referral rewards will only be issued once:

• The referred traveller has completed their Travel Commitment deposit
• The Travel Commitment Deposit has been successfully paid
• The booking has passed all verification checks

9. Changes to the Program

I reserve the right to:

• Modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time
• Suspend or terminate the referral program without notice
• Decline referral rewards that do not meet program requirements

10. Acceptance of Terms

By participating in the referral program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the Terms & Conditions of booking with Kat Nelder through Travel Managers Australia.
