To ensure I give each client the attention they deserve, I take on a limited number of bookings each month so I conduct initial Travel Chats and have the Travel Commitment Deposit. The 20 minute chat is free, then paying the deposit will secure your dedicated timeslot, and shows you’re serious about working with me!
Here’s how it works:
Free 20-minute Travel Chat: During this call we will have a quick chat about where you are at in the planning stage, what you have researched so far and how I can step in to make your trip the best experience it can be.
$175pp deposit (incl. GST) per person per trip: This secures your personalised itinerary, research, booking finalisation, and 24 hour emergency support while you are on your trip*. It’s fully redeemable towards your final land itinerary cost (not flight or cruise only) so long as there is a minimum $3000pp spend on land components (accommodation, group tour, car hire, travel insurance, activities). Please note that additional deposits on flight/touring/cruise components may apply.
Multiple itineraries & flexibility: Get three revisions within four weeks. Need more changes, new destinations, or longer to decide? Additional deposits may apply.
Three-month window: Finalise your plans within three months of deposit payment or your deposit is forfeited.
Trip changes & type: For major alterations (e.g., cruise to flight-only etc), I reserve the right to retain the deposit for services rendered or decline the booking.

Once you’ve committed to working with me, we’ll schedule a full consultation in person if you are located on the Gold Coast, over the phone, via Zoom or Teams, or continue chatting via email. In this full consultation, we’ll chat about your ideas, travel dreams, interests, must have’s and don’t wants so I can get to know you and design a trip to suit your needs. I’ll share my personal experiences and first-hand knowledge to make sure you get the most out of your trip. Booking with me will ensure that you’ll receive a bespoke itinerary, up-to-date info on visas, regulations, and travel insurance, and all the support you need to make your dream trip a reality.
