Travel starts long before you leave home. Whether it’s for a holiday with loved ones, a bucket list adventure or your next business trip, researching and booking all your arrangements can be time consuming and overwhelming. Leave that to me, your Personal Travel Manager.

 

Service Service Fee (incl GST)
  • Plan to go/Travel Management Fee (this is taken off the final balance of your holiday)

  • Air booking changes prior to tickets being issued (made by Airline)

  • Voluntary air booking changes after tickets have been issued

  • Air Booking Originating Outside Australia

  • Frequent Flyer Award Redemption

  • Hotel Membership Redemption
 $50 per night
  • Visa Processing Fee
 $50pp/per visa
  • Changes made after deposits paid (ie; hotel/car/tour/cruise etc)
 $55 per change
  • Travel insurance claim statement (If insurance not purchased through TravelManagers)
 $175 per claim
  • Cruise Booking Management (taking over booking from Cruiseline)
 $50 per cabin
  • Train tickets / Event tickets / Show tickets etc
 $40pp/per event
  • Cancellation Fees
 $150pp (In addition to service & management fees, and any applicable airline & supplier fees & charges)

Professional Service fees outlined above may be applied with my discretion to your booking. Booking and service fees cover the time, industry knowledge and professional care I put into finding you the best value, securing reliable suppliers, managing any special requirements and providing assistance if plans change or any unexpected issues arise. All deposits, commissions and fees are non-refundable. These amounts above are in addition to supplier charges.

If you decide not to proceed with your booking and/or your travel arrangements are cancelled for any reason, this payment/fee is non-refundable.
