My love of travel starting when I was just 19yrs old heading off to discover America. Travelling throughout America taking in all the sights of California, Texas, New Orleans, New Mexico, New York, San Francisco and Las Vegas. I then headed off to work in London where I spent 2 1/2 years working and travelling throughout Europe at every opportunity possible. When it was time to come home to Brisbane I realized travel is where i wanted to work. Spending 10 years working in the travel industry I was incredibly fortunate to continue travelling visiting – South America, Central America, Mexico, Malaysia, Thailand, Taiwan, New Zealand, Hawaii. I also love cruising and have been on multiple Royal Caribbean ships, visiting Mexico, Caribbean, New Zealand and the South Pacific. My travels also took me to Africa – I spent a month exploring Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda to visit the Gorillas. I also spent two months in Ghana, West Africa where I did volunteer work with children truly an unforgettable experience.
Now that I am a mum, travel has changed somewhat but I am rediscovering travel with kids. From road trips through New Zealand to kid friendly resorts to cruises I am finding endless possibilities and discovering how great it is to share the love of travel with my family.
