“I recently went to France and the UK for a month. Michelle was recommended to me by family. This was my first oversea holidays and I had no idea where to start or where to go. As soon as I met Michelle I felt at ease. Michelle was wonderful to talk openly to in person. Michelle was always prompt with communication which I valued as a shift worker. My questions, and ideas were all addressed and implemented. I brought so many jumbled plans to the table and Michelle magically put them all in order and made sense of them. I could tell that not only did Michelle deliver exactly what we discussed, but that Michelle’s personal travel experience was evident. Over the months leading up to the holiday and while on the road, Michelle was always on hand to answer communication. The package that was put together with all countries broken up into step by step directions, day by day was indispensable. The communication in these packages gave me the confidence to enjoy my holiday without any stress. Throughout the holiday we had a sudden change in circumstances and I had to stay behind for 5 days in London. Michell not only made all the calls, new hotel bookings, but also made all the necessary communication to future bookings. My holiday was amazing because of Michelle.
