    Planning Commitment Fee – $150 per traveller
    (Non-refundable but redeemable upon booking confirmation)
  • Flight Bookings
    Domestic & Trans-Tasman Air Booking

    $35 per adult
    $20 per child (under 18, accompanying an adult)
    International Air Booking
    $125 per adult
    $80 per child (under 18, accompanying an adult)
  • Air Bookings Originating Outside Australia
    $200 per adult
    $100 per child (under 18, accompanying an adult)
  • Booking Changes

    Prior to ticket issuance: Complimentary
    After ticket issuance: $75 per traveller + airline fees (fare/tax differences)
  • Other Booking Modifications (Hotels, Car Rentals, Tours, Cruises, etc.)
    After deposit payment: $50 per change
  • Additional Services
    Travel Insurance Claim Statement (for claims not processed through TravelManagers): $250 per claim
  • Cancellation Fee – 5% of segment or 5% total booking cost if entire trip is cancelled.
  • After-Hours Service (Weekends & 5 PM–9 AM weekdays): $250 per hour (minimum $125)
