Travel starts long before you leave home. Whether it’s for a holiday with loved ones, a bucket list adventure or your next business trip, researching and booking all your arrangements can be time consuming and overwhelming. Leave that to me, your personal travel manager.

How does a travel manager make money? It works just like a mortgage broker: suppliers pay us behind the scenes, similar to how banks pay brokers. You don’t pay anything extra to book with me – in fact, it’s usually cheaper, and you get dedicated service every step of the way!

CORE FEES & SERVICES

Service Service Fee (incl GST) Details
  • Trip Planning Deposit
 From $150 Initiates research and itinerary planning (valid for 1 trip).
  • Professional Service Fee
 2% of total booking Covers ongoing time, research, business costs and support throughout your itinerary.
  • Airfare Management
 From $100 Dedicated booking, ticketing, and management for flight-only travel (only applicable to flight only bookings).

DISCOUNTS & SAVINGS

  • Planning Deposit Credit
 100% credited back Applied in full toward your booking when confirmed within 2 months of deposit.
  • PayID, EFT or BPAY Payment
 Tiered based on booking total
Tier 1 $1,000 – $3,000 Save $20
Tier 2 $3,001 – $7,500 Save $60
Tier 3 $7,501 – $18,000 Save $150
Tier 4 $18,001 – $50,000 Save $360
Tier 5 $50,001 + To be advised when formal quote is provided
  • Airfare Management
 100% fee waived Waived in full when booking a minimum 5-night package (hotel, tour, or cruise).

SPECIAL & ADMINISTRATIVE FEES

  • Travel insurance claim statement
 $150 per claim Applied if insurance was not purchased through Teagan Underwood – TravelManagers.
  • After hours / emergency service for NEW bookings
 $200 per hour (minimum $100) Applies to urgent assistance or NEW bookings requested outside standard hours.
  • Any other fees?
 Varies by supplier All change and cancellation fees will be clearly outlined or linked on your formal quote prior to payment.

Professional Service fees outlined above may be applied with discretion to your booking. These fees are charged to cover time, research , business running costs and support for the duration of your itinerary planning through to travel. All deposits, commissions and fees are non-refundable. These amounts above are in addition to supplier charges.
