Travel starts long before you leave home. Whether it’s for a holiday with loved ones, a bucket list adventure or your next business trip, researching and booking all your arrangements can be time consuming and overwhelming. Leave that to me, your personal travel manager.

 

What is a Travel Management Fee?

A Travel Management Fee covers the time, expertise and personalised service involved in planning and managing your travel arrangements from start to finish.  This includes the time spent researching and designing your itinerary, providing professional travel advice, coordinating the various components of your trip, and managing your arrangements throughout the booking process.

The fee reflects the level of personalised service, attention to detail and ongoing support I provide, as well as the costs involved in operating my business.

This fee is payable at the time of your initial consultation.  If you decide not to proceed with your booking and/or your travel arrangements are cancelled for any reason, this fee is non-refundable.

Professional Service fees outlined above may be applied with discretion to your booking.

All deposits, commissions and fees are non-refundable. Prices are per person unless stated otherwise. These amounts above are in addition to supplier charges.  Prices shown are excluding GST.
