Terms & Conditions – Special Price Airfare Offer (Promo Code R226)

This promotion is exclusive to online bookings submitted via our secure Online Booking Form. It is not available for bookings made by phone, email, or through third-party travel agents.

The specially priced one-way international economy airfare of $95 per person from all Australian capital cities to Bali is available only when booking the advertised Oceania Cruises Riviera voyage at the fare displayed on our website or higher. This offer includes private airport transfer, overnight accommodation with breakfast at a 5-star hotel, and hotel-to-pier transfer the following day. It applies to the first and second guest only in each cabin and is not available for third or fourth passengers. Valid for single occupancy when paying 200% of the advertised cruise fare.

Please note: This airfare offer does not include any domestic Australian flights. Guests are responsible for arranging their own transport to or from their chosen Australian capital city. The airfare applies only to the international sector to Bali and includes a private airport transfer, hotel accommodation with breakfast, and a coach transfer to the ship the following day.

This promotion is valid for new bookings only and is not combinable with any other promotion, discount, or special offer. It is not valid when using Future Cruise Credits (FCCs).

The flight, hotel stay, and transfer package must be booked and paid in full at the time of cruise booking. Both the cruise deposit and the package are non-refundable, and the offer cannot be added after booking confirmation. All deposits are non-refundable once paid.

Important Fare Conditions:
The airfare offer applies only to bookings made at or above the cruise fare listed on our website at the time of booking. Please note that cruise fares are dynamic and may fluctuate at any time; the actual fare at the time of booking may be higher than previously advertised. If a lower fare becomes available after booking, guests who wish to rebook must cancel and make a new booking. In doing so, any deposit already paid will be forfeited and cannot be transferred to the new booking. If the booking has been paid in full, cancellation fees may exceed the deposit amount and could result in a greater loss, in line with the cruise line’s cancellation policy. Any change to the original fare type, cabin category, promotional offer, or number of guests will void the airfare offer. The offer is non-transferable and cannot be reinstated once forfeited.

Promotional Inclusions:
Guests booking stateroom categories PH1 Penthouse Suites to B4 Veranda Staterooms will receive a free beverage package (beer and wine with lunch and dinner in all onboard restaurants) and US$800 shipboard credit per stateroom. Offers are subject to change or withdrawal without notice and conditions apply.

• Flights are currently outside the airline system date range and cannot yet be ticketed. While the fare has been secured based on current estimates, should there be a significant price increase at the time of booking, a surcharge may apply.

• Surcharges may also apply for:
  • Deviations from the standard flight itinerary
  • Advance seat selection (purchased directly with the airline)
  • Upgrades to Premium Economy or First Class
  • Requests to fly with specific airlines

All general booking terms and cruise fare conditions apply. This promotion is subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without notice.

Additional Fare Conditions:

Cruise fares are cruise-only, per person, in AUD, in complete twin accommodation, inclusive of all discounts, taxes, government fees and charges (which are subject to change), based on the lead cabin category in that stateroom type on the cheapest fare type, unless specified otherwise. Surcharges apply to upgrade to higher stateroom categories and higher fare types. Fares advertised are available at the time of advertising; however, availability on some cruises is limited and can sell out quickly without notice. Once sold out, the fares or cabins may no longer be available. Valid for new bookings only and not combinable with any other offer. All offers are subject to availability. Some Oceanview and Balcony staterooms have obstructed views; some Mini-Suites have windows only. Advertised fares can change or be withdrawn at any time without notice.
