Important Booking Conditions (Explora Journeys Grand Prix Terms)

• For bookings made more than 181 days before departure, a 60% non-refundable deposit is required. Final balance due by 5 November 2025.
• For bookings made within 180 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Payment deadlines:

• Bookings made 181+ days out: Payment due within 5 days
• Bookings made 180–91 days out: Payment due within 1 day
• Bookings made within 90 days of departure: Payment due at time of booking

Failure to meet these deadlines will result in automatic cancellation and forfeiture of the reservation.

Payment method: Payments must be made by direct deposit or BPAY only. Guests may pay their deposit by credit or debit card when the booking is made directly with Explora Journeys. We will then take over the booking within 7 days of the booking date and apply all promo code EJ26 benefits at that time.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 190 days before departure: 60% cancellation fee
• Cancellations made 189 days or fewer before departure: 100% cancellation fee
• No-show or early disembarkation: 100% cancellation applies

All cancellations must be submitted in writing by email to your TravelManagers agent to confirm cancellation fees. Tickets and booking confirmations must be returned with the request.

Additional Conditions Promo Code Offer:

• is valid for first and second guest only in each suite
• Not available to third or fourth guests sharing the suite
• Valid for solo travellers paying 200% of the cruise fare
• Not combinable with Future Cruise Credits (FCCs) or any other offers
• Cruise fares are dynamic and subject to change at any time
• Guests who wish to rebook at a lower fare must cancel and rebook; cancellation penalties will apply

Cruise fares are cruise-only, per person, in AUD, in complete twin accommodation, inclusive of all discounts, taxes, government fees and charges (which are subject to change), based on the lead cabin category in that stateroom type on the cheapest fare type, unless specified otherwise. Surcharges apply to upgrade to higher stateroom categories and higher fare types. Fares advertised are available at the time of advertising; however, availability on some cruises is limited and can sell out quickly without notice.
