This promotion is available exclusively for online bookings submitted via our secure Online Booking Form. It is not valid for bookings made by phone, email, or through third-party travel agents.

The specially priced round-trip Qantas economy airfare is available only when booking the advertised Viking Orion cruise at the fare displayed on our website or higher. Fares are as follows:

• From $99 per person round-trip from Brisbane or Melbourne to Sydney

• From $299 per person round-trip from Cairns or Adelaide to Sydney

• From $399 per person round-trip from Perth or Darwin to Sydney

This airfare includes a coach transfer from Sydney Airport to the cruise terminal.

Book a Penthouse Junior Suite or above and receive FREE round-trip Qantas economy airfares from the cities listed above.

This offer is valid for new bookings only and is not combinable with any other promotion, discount, or special offer. It is not valid when using Future Cruise Credits (FCCs).

Flights must be booked and paid in full at the time of cruise booking. Both the cruise deposit and the airfare are non-refundable, and the airfare offer cannot be added after booking confirmation.

Surcharges apply for the following:

• Deviations from the standard flight itinerary

• Advance seat selection (purchased directly through the airline)

• Upgrades to Premium Economy, Business Class, or First Class

• Requests to fly with a specific airline

Flights will be scheduled to align with Viking Orion’s Sydney departure. Pre-cruise accommodation may be required depending on flight schedules and is not included in the airfare offer.

This offer applies to the first and second guests only in each cabin and is not available for third or fourth passengers. The cost of the airfare is not covered under any travel protection or cancellation plans. Once ticketed, any changes to flight arrangements will incur applicable airline change fees and fare differences.

Important Fare Conditions:
This promotional airfare applies only to bookings made at or above the cruise fare listed on our website at the time of booking. Cruise fares are dynamic and subject to change; the fare at the time of booking may be higher than previously advertised.

If a lower fare becomes available after booking, guests who wish to access it must cancel and create a new booking. In doing so, any deposit already paid will be forfeited and cannot be transferred. If the booking has been paid in full, cancellation penalties may exceed the deposit and could result in a greater loss.

Any change to the original fare type, cabin category, number of guests, or applied promotional offer will void the airfare offer. The offer is non-transferable and cannot be reinstated once forfeited.

All general booking terms, including Viking’s Terms and Conditions and TravelManagers Australia’s Terms and Conditions, apply.

Additional Fare Conditions:

Cruise fares are cruise-only, per person, in AUD, based on twin share, and include all applicable discounts, taxes, government fees and charges (subject to change). Fares reflect the lowest-priced stateroom category within each cabin type unless otherwise specified. Surcharges apply for upgraded stateroom categories or alternate fare types.

Fares are accurate as at 22 April 2025. Availability is limited and may sell out without notice. Once sold out, fares may no longer be available. Offer is valid for new bookings only and is not combinable with any other promotion. Single supplements apply.

All advertised fares, inclusions, and promotional offers—including airfare deals and upgrade options—are subject to change or withdrawal at any time without notice.
