Day 1 – Tuesday 14th April | Arrival in Hong Kong
Arrive in Hong Kong today, where you’ll be met and transferred by private vehicle to the AKI Hong Kong – MGallery. Settle into your room, with breakfast included daily throughout your stay, before joining the group for a welcome dinner (own expense).
Day 2 – Wednesday 15th April | Hong Kong Golf Club
After breakfast, a private transfer will take you to Hong Kong Golf Club for your first round of 18 holes. Enjoy the world-class fairways before returning to the hotel for an evening at leisure. Perhaps you’d like to visit Hong Kong’s famous night races tonight.
Day 3 – Thursday 16th April | At Leisure
Today is yours to explore Hong Kong at your own pace. Wander through bustling markets, discover cultural landmarks, or simply enjoy the city’s vibrant dining scene.
Day 4 – Friday 17th April | Hong Kong Golf Club
This morning, return to Hong Kong Golf Club for another 18-hole round of golf. After your game, you’ll be transferred back to your hotel to relax for the evening.
Day 5 – Saturday 18th April | At Leisure
Take a break from the course and spend the day sightseeing or enjoying the many experiences Hong Kong has to offer. From Victoria Peak to harbour cruises, the city is yours to discover.
Day 6 – Sunday 19th April | Hong Kong Golf Club
Following breakfast, you’ll head out for your final round at Hong Kong Golf Club. After a rewarding day on the greens, return to AKI Hong Kong for your last night in the city, with an optional farewell group dinner (own expense).
Day 7 – Monday 20th April | Departure
Enjoy a leisurely breakfast before spending your final morning in Hong Kong at leisure. Later, transfer to the airport (own expense) for your onward flight, marking the conclusion of your golf escape.

Land only package $3,237.54 per person twin share
Solo hotel supplement $1,403.33 (Twin rooms not available on this trip)
1st payment of $1,539.89 plus flights due at time of booking per person
1st payment includes a $500 non-refundable booking deposit

Flights
Flights are preferably booked through me to ensure seamless coordination with the tour itinerary. If participants choose to arrange their own flights, they must provide full flight details so transfers (if included) and schedule arrangements can be coordinated. I am happy to quote flights at the time of booking and include them in the participant’s invoice if requested.
Travel Insurance
It is strongly recommended that all participants obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellations, medical expenses, lost or damaged luggage which includes golf clubs and other unforeseen events. I hold a valid license to sell travel insurance and can assist with policies through Covermore and Go Insurance.
Golf Course & Tee Times
Tee times are pre-booked for all scheduled rounds. In the unlikely event that a golf course cancels or amends our confirmed booking, an alternative club of a similar standard will be arranged.
Minimum Numbers & Tour Confirmation
All escorted tours are subject to a minimum number of participants. For this tour, the minimum number is 12. Should minimum numbers not be met, I reserve the right to reassess the tour’s viability. In such cases, I may offer alternative dates, arrangements, or, if necessary, cancel the tour with full refunds of any deposits or payments made.
Additional Bookings
Once minimum numbers for a tour have been confirmed, any additional bookings are subject to availability. Availability cannot be guaranteed, and acceptance of late bookings will depend on remaining spots and tour capacity.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
After final payment has been received, cancellations may only be eligible for a partial refund, as certain suppliers have non-refundable policies within 60 days of departure.
For cancellations made within this 60-day period, participants are encouraged to utilise their travel insurance to recover any non-refundable costs.
