Day 1 – Saturday 7th March | Australia → Queenstown
Your adventure begins as you arrive in Queenstown today, where an airport shuttle will transfer you to the luxurious Millbrook Resort. Check in to your One Bedroom Suite, where breakfast is included each morning, and enjoy the convenience of a free shuttle bus to explore Arrowtown and Queenstown at your leisure. In the evening, join the group for a welcome dinner at Millbrook (own expense), kicking off an unforgettable golf getaway.
Day 2 – Sunday 8th March | Golf at Millbrook Coronet
After breakfast at the resort and some time to explore the resort, tee off just after lunch for 18 holes at the renowned Millbrook Coronet Course. Cart hire is included, allowing you to fully enjoy the spectacular fairways and surrounding scenery.
Day 3 – Monday 9th March | Jacks Point Golf
Enjoy breakfast at the resort this morning, before a private transfer will take you to Jacks Point Golf Course for some lunch before an 18-hole round with cart hire included. After your game, return to Millbrook Resort for the evening to relax and unwind.
Day 4 – Tuesday 10th March | Free Day
Enjoy a leisurely breakfast at the resort before spending the day at your own pace. Whether you choose to explore Queenstown, Arrowtown, or simply relax at Millbrook, the day is yours to enjoy.
Day 5 – Wednesday 11th March | Golf at Millbrook Remarkables
Start your day with breakfast at the resort before heading out at midday for 18 holes at the Millbrook Remarkables Course, cart hire included. In the evening, gather with the group for dinner in Queenstown (own expense).
Day 6 – Thursday 12th March | Queenstown Golf Club
After breakfast, a private transfer will take you to the Queenstown Golf Club for another 18-hole round with cart hire included. After your game, return to Millbrook Resort for your final evening in this stunning location. Join us for a farewell dinner (own expense) this evening at Millbrook.
Day 7 – Friday 13th March | Departure
Enjoy a final breakfast at Millbrook Resort before your transfer to Queenstown Airport. Depart today, or choose to extend your time in New Zealand to explore more of this incredible country.
Payment
Land only package $5,150.29 per person twin share
Solo hotel supplement $2,294.25 (available on request)
1st payment of $2,387.83 plus flights due at time of booking per person
1st payment includes a $500 non-refundable booking deposit

Flights
Flights are preferably booked through me to ensure seamless coordination with the tour itinerary. If participants choose to arrange their own flights, they must provide full flight details so transfers (if included) and schedule arrangements can be coordinated. I am happy to quote flights at the time of booking and include them in the participant’s invoice if requested.
Travel Insurance
It is strongly recommended that all participants obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellations, medical expenses, lost or damaged luggage which includes golf clubs and other unforeseen events. I hold a valid license to sell travel insurance and can assist with policies through Covermore and Go Insurance.
Golf Course & Tee Times
Tee times are pre-booked for all scheduled rounds. In the unlikely event that a golf course cancels or amends our confirmed booking, an alternative club of a similar standard will be arranged.
Minimum Numbers & Tour Confirmation
All escorted tours are subject to a minimum number of participants. For this tour, the minimum number is 12. Should minimum numbers not be met, I reserve the right to reassess the tour’s viability. In such cases, I may offer alternative dates, arrangements, or, if necessary, cancel the tour with full refunds of any deposits or payments made.
Additional Bookings
Once minimum numbers for a tour have been confirmed, any additional bookings are subject to availability. Availability cannot be guaranteed, and acceptance of late bookings will depend on remaining spots and tour capacity.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
After final payment has been received, cancellations may only be eligible for a partial refund, as certain suppliers have non-refundable policies within 60 days of departure.
For cancellations made within this 60-day period, participants are encouraged to utilise their travel insurance to recover any non-refundable costs.
