Tee off in style on the fairways of Western Australia — from the striking greens of Joondalup to the relaxed beauty of Margaret River. Enjoy a blend of golf, gourmet food, and local experiences, all in one perfectly curated escape.

 

Day 1 – Saturday 6 June | Perth → Joondalup
After arriving in Perth, the group will transfer directly to the Joondalup Resort, nestled among lush fairways and natural bushland. Check in to your room and settle in before joining the group for a welcome dinner at the resort (own expense).

Day 2 – Sunday 7 June | Joondalup Golf Club → Perth
After breakfast, your first round of the trip kicks off at Joondalup Golf Club, renowned for its dramatic limestone quarries and championship layout. After your game, we will transfer to Perth and check into your centrally located hotel.

Day 3 – Monday 8 June | Wembley Golf Course → Margaret River
After breakfast this morning, we will transfer to Wembley Golf Course for a morning round at one of Australia’s busiest and most vibrant public courses. After play, we will journey south to the serene countryside of Margaret River and check into your chalet-style accommodation.

Day 4 – Tuesday 9 June | Margaret River Wine Tour
Swap the clubs for a glass today as you explore the region’s award-winning wineries, gourmet produce, and picturesque cellar doors on a full-day Margaret River Tour.

Day 5 – Wednesday 10 June | Wembley Driving Range & Departure
This morning we will travel back toward Perth for a final range session at Wembley’s Driving Range — perfect for honing your swing before heading home.
After your session, we will transfer to Perth Airport for your return flight home.

Payment
Land only package $2,906.19 per person
Solo hotel supplement $679.34 (twin share not available on this tour)
1st payment of $1,957.65 plus flights due at time of booking per person
1st payment includes a $500 non-refundable booking deposit
Final Payment due 2nd April 2026

Flights
Flights are preferably booked through me to ensure seamless coordination with the tour itinerary. If participants choose to arrange their own flights, they must provide full flight details so transfers (if included) and schedule arrangements can be coordinated. I am happy to quote flights at the time of booking and include them in the participant’s invoice if requested.

Travel Insurance
It is strongly recommended that all participants obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellations, medical expenses, lost or damaged luggage which includes golf clubs and other unforeseen events. I hold a valid license to sell travel insurance and can assist with policies through Covermore and Go Insurance.

Golf Course & Tee Times
Tee times are pre-booked for all scheduled rounds. In the unlikely event that a golf course cancels or amends our confirmed booking, an alternative club of a similar standard will be arranged.

Minimum Numbers & Tour Confirmation
All escorted tours are subject to a minimum number of participants. For this tour, the minimum number is 12. Should minimum numbers not be met, I reserve the right to reassess the tour’s viability. In such cases, I may offer alternative dates, arrangements, or, if necessary, cancel the tour with full refunds of any deposits or payments made.

Additional Bookings
Once minimum numbers for a tour have been confirmed, any additional bookings are subject to availability. Availability cannot be guaranteed, and acceptance of late bookings will depend on remaining spots and tour capacity.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
After final payment has been received, cancellations may only be eligible for a partial refund, as certain suppliers have non-refundable policies within 60 days of departure.

For cancellations made within this 60-day period, participants are encouraged to utilise their travel insurance to recover any non-refundable costs.
