We’ll begin with a 15-minute obligation free travel appointment over the phone. This will allow us to get to know a little about each other to ensure that I am the best personal travel manager for your travel requirements.
Once we’ve established that we are the right fit for each other I will then ask you to complete a New Client Form for each traveller and ask that you pay your Travel Planning Fee which is payable upfront to cover the time and expertise in the planning, booking and ongoing management of your travel arrangements. Any additional consultations can be via phone, in person, or zoom call as needed, at no extra cost.
If your Client Profile is already set up and you’re enquiring about a new trip for the first time, we’ll skip straight to the Travel Planning Fee and full consultation.
