Day 1 – Wednesday 25th February | Launceston → Barnbougle
Begin your Tasmanian adventure with a morning flight into Launceston by 11am. Upon arrival, a private transfer will take you to Barnbougle, where you can warm up with a 14-hole round at the Bougle Run Short Course. Check in to your room at Barnbougle, then unwind with dinner at the Lost Farm Restaurant (own expense) to kick off your golf getaway.
Day 2 – Thursday 26th February | Barnbougle → Hobart
After breakfast, enjoy a private transfer from Barnbougle to Hobart. Upon arrival, check in to your room at the Vibe Hotel Hobart, where breakfast is included each morning. The remainder of the day is yours to relax or explore the city at your leisure.
Day 3 – Friday 27th February | Royal Hobart
Following an early breakfast, a private transfer will take you to Royal Hobart Golf Club for a 9-hole round. After your game, return to the hotel to relax or explore Hobart, before joining the group for an evening dinner in Hobart (own expense).
Day 4 – Saturday 28th February | Free Day in Hobart
Enjoy a full day at your own pace. Explore Hobart’s vibrant culture, local markets, or indulge in optional activities to make the most of your Tasmanian stay.
Day 5 – Sunday 1st March | Tasmania Golf Club
Begin your final day with breakfast at the hotel, before joining a private transfer to Tasmania Golf Club for a 9-hole round. After your game, you’ll be transferred to the airport for your evening flight back home, concluding your unforgettable Tasmanian golf escape.

Land only package $3,226.63 per person twin share

1st payment of $1,941.94 plus flights due at time of booking per person
1st payment includes a $500 non-refundable booking deposit

Flights
Flights are preferably booked through me to ensure seamless coordination with the tour itinerary. If participants choose to arrange their own flights, they must provide full flight details so transfers (if included) and schedule arrangements can be coordinated. I am happy to quote flights at the time of booking and include them in the participant’s invoice if requested.
Travel Insurance
It is strongly recommended that all participants obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellations, medical expenses, lost or damaged luggage which includes golf clubs and other unforeseen events. I hold a valid license to sell travel insurance and can assist with policies through Covermore and Go Insurance.
Golf Course & Tee Times
Tee times are pre-booked for all scheduled rounds. In the unlikely event that a golf course cancels or amends our confirmed booking, an alternative club of a similar standard will be arranged.
Minimum Numbers & Tour Confirmation
All escorted tours are subject to a minimum number of participants. For this tour, the minimum number is 10. Should minimum numbers not be met, I reserve the right to reassess the tour’s viability. In such cases, I may offer alternative dates, arrangements, or, if necessary, cancel the tour with full refunds of any deposits or payments made.
Additional Bookings
Once minimum numbers for a tour have been confirmed, any additional bookings are subject to availability. Availability cannot be guaranteed, and acceptance of late bookings will depend on remaining spots and tour capacity.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
After final payment has been received, cancellations may only be eligible for a partial refund, as certain suppliers have non-refundable policies within 60 days of departure.
For cancellations made within this 60-day period, participants are encouraged to utilise their travel insurance to recover any non-refundable costs.
