Wave Yoga + Living operate boutique wellness studios located by the beach in Kingscliff, Cabarita and The Commons, Casuarina. All classes offer the opportunity to zone out from the stresses and distractions of daily life and focus on yourself. Whatever your needs, there is a class for you: stretching, strengthening, detoxing and meditation, whatever your intention you will always get more than what you came for. Their yoga classes honour the traditions of the practice with pranayama, asana and meditation and some yogic philosophy weaved through.
