We start with a quick, no pressure 15 minute call to talk through your trip ideas and make sure I’m the right fit for you.
If we decide to move forward, each traveller completes a short Client Profile Form. You’ll then pay your itinerary planning deposit (this varies depending on the style and complexity of your trip). This covers the time, research and expertise that goes into creating your personalised travel plan.
Once the planning deposit is sorted, we book in a detailed consult which can be over coffee or by phone. This is where we chat through your preferences, travel style, must haves and the kind of experience you want.
This is where I get to work. I create and refine a personalised itinerary including flights, hotels, tours, transfers and unique, special touches. You’ll receive an initial itinerary and we can collaborate as we go. Once you make your selections, we handle payments and next steps.
About four weeks before you go, I’ll send your final itinerary and all travel documents. If you’d like a call before you leave to cover anything else, I’m more than happy to set one up.

I plan travel collaboratively, taking time to understand your style, expectations and what will make your trip feel like you. The planning deposit covers the personalised research and time it takes to build a tailored itinerary from scratch.
Deposits start from $100 per person and may vary depending on your trip length, complexity or group size. It’s payable after our initial call and before the full planning consult.

– Planning fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, even if you choose not to book through me. The itinerary, however, is yours to keep.
– To redeem your full planning fee, at least 70% of your travel arrangements must be booked through me.
– Printed travel documents are available for an additional $40. Otherwise, everything is delivered digitally.
