Who Am I? What do I do?

With over 10 years’ experience in the Travel Industry, and 52 countries visited, I know a thing or two about travel, and am here to help you and your family plan your ideal trip.

No two trips are the same, and as such I offer a personalized service, utilising my experience, knowledge and my travel industry connections.

I will listen to your needs, give you advice but most importantly, I will be your advocate. I am here to make your travel plans stress-free and believe that planning should be (almost) as fun and as exciting as the trip itself!

How does it work?

Step 1
Introductory Phone Call

Brief discussion about your travel plans, your expectations, your needs and wants.
Explanation of my role as your Personal Travel Manager.
We’ll see if we’re a good fit to work together.

Step 2
Preparing for your Plans

Complete my Online Booking Form (one per passenger)
Process payment of Travel Management Fee (via Credit Card form)

Step 3
Research & Itinerary options

Based on our discussion I will research and prepare personalized options for your consideration. I’ll offer advice, alternatives and suggestions to create your dream holiday.

Step 4
Choices made & Itinerary locked in

Once you’ve made your decision, I will proceed with confirming your arrangements and then provide you with a payment schedule.

Step 5
Document Handover

Time for me to give you your travel documents and explain any important items that you need to be aware of during your trip.
^This is usually approx. 2-3 weeks prior to your departure

Step 6

This of course is the FUN BIT for you and your travelling party.

This is also when you might need emergency help (not to bring the mood down, but this is one of the most important factors when deciding who you want on your team should anything go wrong)
If something should go awry during your travels, I am only a call or email away to assist you with an emergency.
*Non-emergency after-hours calls may incur a fee.

It is strongly recommended that you purchase Travel Insurance as soon after you make any payments on your travel plans.


What is a Travel Management Fee?

This is my fee for being in control of all components of your travel arrangements. From the initial research & planning stage to being on-call for emergencies while you’re travelling and everything in between.

The way we travel has changed a lot in the last couple of years and isn’t as easy as it used to be. I am here to take the stress OUT, to manage and navigate all the new rules & regulations.

The travel management fee is your peace of mind knowing that you are being looked after from start to finish.

Please click here for my schedule of fees, while these cover most circumstances, these fees can be as individual as your travel plans, and not all of these will apply to your reservations.

Travel Insurance Waiver Form

This form confirms that you have been advised about the importance of travel insurance and do not wish to proceed with a policy through TravelManagers, understanding the risks. It also confirms you understand that fees apply if TravelManagers is requested to supply information, paperwork and/or invoices to your chosen Insurance provider. Fill out the form here.
