I always knew I wanted to work with people in a service based industry, after an exciting trip to Europe I got the travel bug and decided to work in the travel industry, and it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made!
My career in travel started in 2005 when I joined one of Australia’s largest retail travel agency groups. I spent three years working as a consultant, followed by Four Years running a very successful store as a Team Leader.
The personal and professional challenges I faced working in a retail shop taught me more than I imagined possible, and it was a hugely rewarding experience to be part of a great team. One of my greatest achievements was being responsible for the success of a store that had faced difficulties, and I was very proud when my hard work paid off and it became a profitable shop. Not only did I learn how to run a business, I also learned how to manage a team and the training provided to me gave me skills I’ll use throughout my life.
2011 I decided that I was ready to take the next step and run my own travel business.
As a mobile Personal Travel Manager I would offer my clients a personalised 24-hour one stop shop. I aim to provide expert travel advice, efficient customer service, and also utilise my extensive travel experience and knowledge of the industry
Creating a Work / Life balance is more important to me than ever before, and I have found that through enjoying the work I do as a Personal Travel Manager my life feels much more balanced. If you can enjoy your work it will have a ripple effect to the rest of your life!
I consider myself to be an ‘all rounder’ when it comes to the travel that I arrange for my clients. I am happy to book anything my clients require,
